I don't know what I want, sometimes.
EPISODE I
The Boy: I discussed this with K. at work, and we decided that you saying that you're going to a job fair in Colorado was passive aggressive.
Me: Really?
Boy: Yes.
Me: I guess. I could see that.
Boy: You're mister passive aggressive.
Me: Maybe I am. I didn't even realize.
Boy: I'll talk to you soon, PA.
Me: What? What's PA? Oh.
Boy: Uh huh.
Me: I don't want that to be my nickname.
Boy: Just for now.
EPISODE II
Boy: Do you want to come over?
Me: Well, I don't want to if you're tired. Do you want me to come over?
Boy: It's up to you.
Me: Well, how do you feel? I want to see you, but if you need your rest . . .
Boy: I'm just a little crabby.
Me: Maybe I could come over for breakfast.
Boy: I leave it for you to decide.
Me: Hmm. If I come over?
Boy: We'd just go to bed.
Me: You should rest. I'll see you at breakfast.
EPISODE III
Me: I haven't seen you in like a week!
Boy: When you say "I miss you," do you really miss me or is it something you're just saying because you feel you should say it?
Me: Oh. Maybe. I don't know.
Boy: Oh no!
Me: I mean, but I always think that. I never know whether what I'm feeling is real or not.
Boy: What?
Me: You know, I'm always second-guessing myself.
